The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Avoid at all cost, nothing but problems with the bathroom since it was finished back in April. Our bath wasn’t sealed properly which caused a big leak. We tried 5 times to contact them to rectify the problem and nothing even though we knew he had seen the message in Whatsapp. Also the trim wasn’t neat and was told he would come back out to sort it out. We’ve recently discovered that our extraction fan wasn’t installed properly which has now lead to our ceiling being damp and covered in mould.
