A very professional group of family run business. Reliable and courteous, they turn up on time, done a great job and cleans up well afterwards. They took a lot less time than expected (a real example of under-promised but way over delivered!). The quality of the work was good and I have no hesitations on recommending this trader. P.S. Unlike another more well-known trade-vetting website, both the contacts forwarded by Rated People were reliable, quality trade people with very reasonable pricing.

This young man is starting out with his new business and is very ambitious to prove himself and give a good service. He and his colleague were very polite, and managed to shore up our fence to a good standard. He should be encouraged and supported in the best possible way to run a his business to the highest of standards. which I am sure he will always maintain. Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. We are a local Construction Company with a background in commercial building & groundworks. We are used to working to high specifications with minimal tolerances. Leaving you with a high end look with a beauty that is more than skin deep, its durable too! Its Important that a house has a solid foundation, but not just houses. Every aspect of construction is only as strong as it weakest link so we don't just concentrate on leaving a nice finish. You want that look to endure so we don't cut corners behind the scenes. Everything we do is constructed in accordance with industry standards norms. So our extensions get nice deep footings, So do garden walls. Our driveways are always excavated to the right depth, and the sub base constructed in graded road stone, not cheaper sub base materials because they are not as good. We never use a nail where a bolt or screw will do better, because it lasts longer that way! With 30 years in the trade behind me we have the experience, knowledge, and contacts to get you the best materials and reasonable prices. So whilst quality work has a cost to it, it need not be exorbitant, nor out of your reach! With us you are sure of the right advice, at a reasonable price.
