Stefan was polite and very tidy. He did a fantastic job of replacing my shower and at a competitive price. His work was to a very high standard and he was able to provide practical solutions when problems arose - such as floor not being level. He was able to do plumbing, carpentry and tiling so it saved me having to employ various tradesmen. He kept me up to date with messages and pictures so I could see the progress of the work. After giving this company 5 star rating i have now changed it to a 1 , did as they advised waited a few days for cement to dry then hosed my wall and left to dry wall looks bad,rang Chris who assured me he would come out on tuesday,no show i rang him using 3 phones as he blanked my calls said hed come out today,no show blanked my messages ,use at your peril now have hire someone to rectify his bad work

Francis was very professional with his attitude and knowledge of the job that I required. he was very reasonable with his quote. didn’t ask for any money up front to start the job. which gained my trust straight away.
