This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. The standard of finish cannot be faulted with highly professional and friendly workmen being utilised for the work. Any post-build snags were quickly dealt with no quibble. I would highly recommend High and Dry.

Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. We will be using them again and can't recomend them highly enough. Great job. Thank you.

Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. Trustworthy, professional and clean. Would absolutely recommend Arek and his team. We'll certainly be asking him back when we have the garden to do. 5*

Steve took our fireplace ideas and made them into exactly what we wanted. Professional and polite throughout, he worked hard to get the job done. Trustworthy enough to leave with a key to our house whilst we were at work, and kept us up to date with what he had done and what he had left to do. I received a call from kevin immediately after I placed the ad. He came at the time he said he would and charged the price agreed on the phone. Kevin was v professional and courteous. Ivor undertook the initial measuring and quotes, putting us at ease with his suggestions and solutions. Then when the job started he and his team arrived in good numbers and on time. They were efficient, hard working and polite throughout, including when we asked to change 1 or 2 things. We had 3 pieces of work completed in just over 1 week, with payment only on completion to our satisfaction.

It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both.
