I have been a professional in this industry for 28 years covering Sandwell, Birmingham and Wyre Forest. Providing a quality affordable service . Specialising in Landscaping (garden design and build) , Paving (block paving , Slabbing and Patio work) and brick work, Turfing, Tree work, Fencing and Grounds maintenance More recently I have been the Grounds Manager for a golf course and bowling greens. Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating

I was expecting all the soil to be dug out and taken away but it was just pushed against the edge so the borders aren't flat but rise higher towards the edge like a mound

Apart from causing £350. worth of damage to my roof and electrics so far and ignoring my emails questioning why they didn't tell me. The job was done quickly and virtually to the agreed specification. Would I recommend them? Probably not just for not coming clean about the damage and not communicating. I had a quote from them for a fence which I was going to take up, also a couple of other jobs to quote for but I am now looking elsewhere. I have no confidence they will tell me if something goes wrong.

Loads of promise only...very low quality will not recommend to anybody. The value for money turn to be local avarage. Plaster is already coming off the wall and have loads of cracks.
