I have been a professional in this industry for 28 years covering Sandwell, Birmingham and Wyre Forest. Providing a quality affordable service . Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating

Luke and team came out to view the job. His communication was excellent working the appointment around my available and turned up bang on time. He reviewed the problem with the drain and managed find a blockage and cleared it straight away. There was no charge for the unblocking as it was a simple solution but Luke offered some advice to ensure the issue won’t happen again and some potential fixes going forward. I will certainly be contacting CC drainage with any further issues and can recommend them highly

I employed Matt to install a new bathroom. I was very disappointed in the finishing of the tiling (uneven, rough grouting, chipped tiles). The sink was installed after the tiles were fitted therefore the sink was not plumb - silicone was used to fill the large gap between sink and tiles - messy! Nice lads, but poor workmanship.
