We were very happy with the work done by Dan and his team at Akoni Construction. I had a 20m2 porcelain patio laid which looks fantastic. It is evident that they have taken time and care over the work completed. They also had the expertise for a second job I added to pebbledash a wall on our rear extension, which now matches the rest of the house perfectly. They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

He completed the roofing task assigned and gave a 7 year warranty. But there was a significant leak the very next day when it rained. I have called severally for the leaks to be repaired based on the warranty but my calls and messages have been ignored.

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality.
