A friendly, hard working pair of young lads who did two excellent jobs on my roof very efficiently under adverse conditions. I had a good, written quotation, to which they kept and which was not at all unreasonable. They will be given first refusal on any future roofing job I may have (which is not unlikely in my old house).

Engagement with Incompetent Lairs would be my way of describing my experience. Hiring Kevin and his team has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had on Rated. He completed the roofing task assigned and gave a 7 year warranty. But there was a significant leak the very next day when it rained. I have called severally for the leaks to be repaired based on the warranty but my calls and messages have been ignored.

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. The quote was provided quickly and the work carried out on the arranged day. After giving time for the floor to harden I found it was very uneven and sloped in two directions. I have had to correct it by applying a floor screed. Also some rubbish was left in the rear access passage behind the houses. It was agreed that it would pick it up but it wasn’t so I had to remove it so it didn’t obstruct the alley way for my neighbours.
