Very tidy and efficient guys. Only downsides - I selected "less than £250" cost bracket and it was assumed that I was happy to pay £250 for re-using existing parts and a couple of hours labour - rather than give me a quote. Didn't fix fault first time, but did return at no extra cost to complete.

Willing to work with you to the agreed solution. The guys were aware of their surroundings and cleaned up as they went along and took the waste with them. The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!
