Quoted by e-mail and arrived as promised. Allan & assistants completed the job to a v.good standard. All moss build up removed and roof treated. Anthony quickly completed the task and immediately called to urge me for feedback. He verbally promised to send me the invoice that evening, and at the time, I gave him a good review. However, I have yet to receive the invoice and receipt despite multiple reminders via WhatsApp and email, to which he has not responded. That is why I change my review.

I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!
