Working with JP has been a disaster. He kept talking up the job he was doing. We want from cleaning guttering to replacing our roof. He doesnt know what he is doing. He employed illegal workers, our roof is not safe, leaks and does not have building control. James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. Whilst they offered to fix them, they did not put me under any pressure to have the extra work done as it was non-urgent.
