Review for ACL Roofing Ltd I had a very disappointing experience with ACL Roofing Ltd. Initially, they quoted £750, but after a site visit, the cost increased to £1,150. Despite the price increase, the work was not done properly. Instead of completing the agreed brickwork, they used excessive fire foam, and the repointing was poorly executed, leaving noticeable gaps. When I raised concerns, the team was unprofessional and resistant to fixing the issues. They were more focused on getting paid.

Damaged the dress table by using electrical screwing machine instructions clearly advise NOT to use an electrical screwdriver. The doors are not level and drawers not closing properly. Blamed the manufacturer but this is high end table from a respected manufacturer.. poor quality service.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Their challenge was to strip my flat roof & replace years of bodged felt , rotten boarding & rotten joists. I was very impressed with the quality of work. The plasterer turned up on time to work out the quote, and it was a quote not an estimate. He turned up on time to start the job with all the materials he required, no money up front for materials, and he finished within the time we had agreed. the work was completed to a very high standard and we are really pleased. I would strongly recommend DJ Plastering and will certainly try to use them again.
