Available to do the job quickly, arrived at agreed time. Consulted at regular intervals to ensure progress was as required. Didn’t pressure into doing extra jobs for more money (not always the case). We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!
