We won’t take any deposits on work under £10k and are happy to collect photos during the installation if you can’t be home whilst the work is being undertaken. I put an ad for a roof leak on the 26/ 9/22 . I was told what the problem was. Quoted £450. Got charged£600. Waited for it to dry out. No it was the same.called out again and paid another £200. Waited again to dry out. Last month we’ve took the tiles off the wall,during the rain I watched the rain run down the internal brick work . let him know . contacted my insurance. From my insurance I’ve found out I have not had the flaunching repaired (I’ve paid for that.) Today is wed 22 March . No contact.
