John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service

The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!

The job is not finished . The person to come Friday but he did not come and he did not even contact me to tell the reason he did not come . Even though he has not yet finished the job I have already paid him full. I also feel the job was not well done.

Absolutely atrocious. Caused so many leaks our ceiling collapsed. Doubled the price after the fact. Such awful quality we had to get the "new" roof replaced (and our neighbours'). Left the place in a complete mess. Avoid at all costs.

Hung up on me when i asked how long he would be Sent a text saying i was on drugs for some bizzarre reason when I told him he was an hour late and we needed to leave the house my partner needed to go to the chemist to get his insulin so he didnt die. It's this type of guy that gets tradesmen a bad name so be warned do not even consider hiring this so called roofer.
