Ricky and his team did a fantastic job replacing our felt flat roof with Firestone rubber. His work included installing all new trims around the edge of the roof so the house looks much smarter now. I was waiting for Morgan to come back and finish the job, as he promised. The workmanship was not professional at all. I've had to pay out more money to bring it to standard. I paid him in good faith that he would be back to finish the job, but no show. The doors are not level, the frame wasn't attached to the wall. The plaster is cracking and not even. The ceiling plaster boards were just knocked up over my coving. Was very laxed on days to come work. The list can go on. Not happy
w/s developments left my garage conversion in a right state had to get rid, i had to hire a proper builder to put right there mess not recommended do not hire

He did the job he was contracted for promptly, in one day he was able to assess the roof and find where the problem was. He came back the same afternoon to complete the job and it was completed in a couple of hours. He was very clear with the quotation and there was not surprises on the final price.
This man came to replace a gutter. He never gave me any receipt,he said he would drop it off later as he didn't have a receipt book. With first big rainfall the gutter started leaking. I contacted him twice,he said he would come to fix it,which never happened. Waste of time and money.

If they can't or don't want the job, then please have the decency to let your customers know, so that they can arrange with other companies.
