Only difficult/worst person to deal in the world. Never picks up the call and never returns to call. Don't rely on this guy. To get the job, he will call you many times and say he can do in two days and once he got money, he will not answer the call/message. My humble request to everyone, don't pay full money to any until all work is finished. Poor quality, rip off your money. I will complain to trusted people.

  I'm not complaining about damage by tenant. You haven't completed the ceiling work, I sent you photo of ceiling, you removed gutter and did not put it back and water comes in the house and damages the wall. How many times I called you and messaged you but you did not answer my call/messages. I have all proof of Whatsapp messages. See the photo sent on last Sunday. Now I need to know when will you finish the ceiling work? If you can't do that then please refund the money, I will get it done by other people.

  Look at other homeowner's comments "Don't pay them up front they don't turn up when promised" and "They will take your money and run " from one of the homeowners. "So tired I paid in full prior to last finishing up.. repeated appointments no show..of course" from Kathleen, same here for me. You don't come on a day you promised, I called you more than 50 times since you started work and never answer call nor return the call. Now I need final date from you whether you are going to finish the work.

  Unfortunately, the work is incomplete with poor quality. did not put gutter on the roof and because of that water is coming to property and further damage. He was making an excuses for not finishing work, never picked the call. Finally, decided and I will send me legal notice via solicitor using Consumer Rights Act. This will be a lesson learned for him going through a court. I don't want this happens to other homeowners. Be ready for court proceedings and heavy penalty.

Wooden Casement Window

Cheap and fast general labourer. Initial job provided loft ladder attached to cover of such poor quality it was unfit for purpose. Also had Velux fitted and loft boarding. Left with dummy electrics, the need to check ridge tiles have been cemented in place and disposal of all rubbish. So tired, I paid in full prior to last finishing up.... repeated appointmens, no show...of course. You get what you pay for......my situation has been partially addressed but it will take time and money to complete.
