Welcome to My Trade Services Rated People profile. We are a small but reliable firm of Multiskilled trades who offer a friendly but professional service. Capable of undertaking over 100 repair jobs in the home including Bathrooms, Kitchens, Bespoke carpentry, most Plumbing (no gas), Electrics (no rewires), Tiling, Flooring and much more! You can find us in NW London and we cover North and West London but also surrounding counties such as Harrow and Herts. Fully tooled,  insured and experienced enough to get round any problem you have as long as you can afford it! We are not cheap, but neither are these lead platforms so you are paying for the skills and knowledge. This is highly valuable to all our customers. Also, all works (except repairs) are guaranteed for 12 months (excluding materials) so you have peace of mind. All bookings are subject to terms and conditions being accepted, but if you want a copy of them prior to hiring,  just ask! Terms * Rates are fair and charged in increments so no surprise costs! However, if your property has any surprises, then its up to you to let us know or we will charge accordingly for any extra work done in order to achieve the initial task. Please note, due to recent scams and the cost of living etc, all customers are now required to pay up front for all materials prior to installation. All new customers will be asked to pay up front for labour costs before works commence, just as you would buying anything from a store, we are no different to any other business and do not offer any form of credit nor do involuntary work, sorry. Victor and his team did a great job with fitting the electrics in the kitchen and plasterboarding the kitchen. They left the place clean and was reasonable with the price. I will certainly use them again.

Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. The team were tidy and worked hard to the deadline throughout the process. If you need a high quality rendering job, then I would highly recommending considering Rob's services.

Pathetic behaviour of the owner, I requested services for which i was asked to pay half of the money upfront, the guys turned up did not completed the requested job by saying its too late now we have to drive two hours to go back home? Never turned up to do rest of the work! Instead damaged my property never apologised for that neither returned to even check it. Avoid and dont pay in advance
