Pathetic behaviour of the owner, I requested services for which i was asked to pay half of the money upfront, the guys turned up did not completed the requested job by saying its too late now we have to drive two hours to go back home? Never turned up to do rest of the work! Instead damaged my property never apologised for that neither returned to even check it. Avoid and dont pay in advance

General Building, Italian Tiling & Designer Decorator
This tiler completed most of the work but failed to turn up to finish the bathroom despite being paid, obviously in retrospect I should not have paid until completion. He does not answer phone or text messages. His colleague did laminate flooring and after they had gone my builder pointed out a lot of bad workmanship.

Musa was quick to respond to the job request and also was reliable and turned up at all times and has responded to some follow up queries. He made an effort to clean up after himself and brought his own tools, he completed the work in the timescale he promised. He was also very friendly and helpful to us for other jobs we were completing in the house that he was not working on.
He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.
