Hi, I would just like to introduce our organisation PWR Property Services. We specialize in the plumbing, electrical and security sectors. Each of us has been specializing in our respected trades for a combined 15 years. Our ever-growing client list includes reputed organisations mainly in the City of Sunderland but we are looking to now expand across the whole of the North East. The services we provide vary in each different sector of the business. Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. Had a couple of issues with finishing touches but Aaron was as good as his word and came back out to fix them. Tidy worker and good communication throughout the whole process.

We had dan and his team remove and add to our extention on back of house. Adding bifold doors vaulted roof with velux windows new roof and all electrics , radiators and walls and ceiling were done for a excellent price and time scale it was done in was excellent . They did what was asked to the letter and came back and addressed the snags straight away excellent service.

Contacted me almost as soon as job posted and visited following day. Price pretty much as I had estimated it would cost. Lots of positive reviews so gave job on the spot. Work carried out following week. Lads who came did a great job , no messing about and were polite and courteous throughout. Good clean up by them at the end. Happy to recommend and would definitely use again.
