Tom came over the following day after adding my job to Rated people, he was very professional & straight away I knew he would help super quick & he explained what I needed. His team were fast friendly efficient & very professional, 2 guys came over the following day & completed the work the next day. All in all 1.5 days work & I absolutely love my new tiled floor. Very pleased thanks Tom & co. One hippy happy customer.

David has done two jobs for me, the first job was at an acceptable standard Tilling a kitchen, there were a few mistakes but all in all acceptable. but the second job was installation of wooden floor, several mistakes were made and to add to the poor job David did not finish the job because he left on holiday. The result I lost a client and the client had to hire someone else law to remove the floor and place a new one.

Thanks so much to Lee who professionally & promptly transformed and modernised my bathroom. He removed the old suite without damaging existing tiles, then as a massive favour, added some spare tiles behind the new basin to complete and tidy the look of the existing tiles. He fitted a brand new suite, heated towel rail, bath screen and in addition added new valves to all the pipework. From start to finish Lee work solidly and efficiently, was on time, polite & extremely tidy. I highly recommend Lee 's work.

It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. I absolutely recommend him, I'm so pleased with all the work he had done, to give me such lovely wet room. Thank you. x

Robin is very good trades person, with passion for his work and excellent work ethic. He is prompt on time , completed job as agreed. Would be happy to rehire and throughly recommend what ever job he agrees to do.

The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

Dan did a fantastic job fitting our Ikea kitchen worktops. He was very friendly, his work was excellent and his quote was very reasonable indeed. We would highly recommend him and would happily get him to do work for us again.

The job was completed quickly, they cleaned the whole flat over the course of just the morning and successfully removed the stains from the carpets. The price was reasonable for the work and all the work was done to a high standard. I would recommend their services and potentially contract them again in future.
