the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

James and team did an excellent job in removing an old fence and ivy with very large roots. They were efficient, courteous and disposed of all rubbish. They cleared up after and left everything neat and tidy. James also gave helpful advice on a couple of other issues we had. Peter did an amazing job with our tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. We had some tricky tiles, with minimal grout, some textured, and including mitred edges, all of which is very unforgiving of any imperfections: Peter’s work was just perfect. It was also completely on schedule, and reasonably priced. It’s hard to find good tilers—we have many friends that have had tiling done and none of them could recommend their tiler. We were very lucky to find Peter, and will recommend him without hesitation.

We requested that the bathroom was taken out and the pump parts kept. Unfortunately the pump was ripped out badly so we cannot reuse it. The young apprentice also caused alot of damage / mess and did not clean up. The plasterer they used was really good. Did not turn up when they said they would. Also really hassled for money once job was done, even though we had some outstanding issues. Shame as we were looking for a reliable worker to help with another local renovation.

We have our own architects and structural engineers who provide all the required details for extensions, conversions and new builds. APL also organise all site visits with building inspectors to give customers peace of mind and a hassle free service. At M&A we use our own 3D CAD system in order to design any new kitchens we are to supply and install, we can include these in to Architecht plans to give you a visual of the room once completed. All our kitchens are high standard and all our doors we use are FIRA gold approved, we mainly use painted doors but if you want a more of a budget door we can use the vinyl wrap doors. About myself: I have been in the Joinery and building industry for 20 years with a huge vast experience in all trades and I know what to expect from various tradesmen from a finishing point. All electrical work and gas work is all completed by approved and qualified tradesmen. Darren is an amazing Electrian, his work is neat and precise.
