Janis was late for his initial appointment but did contact me in plenty of time and advised a new ETA. He looked at the issue and advised me of the plan to rectify and the cost. He was flexible working around my availability. He completed the job but I noticed that there was an issue so I contacted him and he came back quickly to rectify and then checked the following day to ensure all the problems had been solved. I am completely satisfied with his work and will definitely use again.

PVGO Services built us the most wonderful deck and pergola of superb quality. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail cannot be faulted. Paul and Adam are unfailingly reliable and just the nicest guys you could hope to meet. Nothing was too much trouble, and they suggested finishes and touches that we would never have thought of. James was very friendly and helpful. He worked exceptionally hard to complete the paving work during the allotted time over the hottest few days of the year. I was very pleased with the quality of his work and would recommend him to anyone. Following the completion of the paving work, he returned to carry out a decking project which I was also very impressed with.
