P & L have just completed today(9/10/24) our bathroom makeover & we are absolutely delighted with the work done. This was to remove existing floor tiles , prepare for new ones & fit & grout replacements. Then to fit a toilet bowl plus seat. All done in budget and to the timescale promised. Both the toilet unit and the sink unit have not been drilled to the wall, they’re just held in place by sealant. Not sturdy! Taps not connected the right way so hot comes out the cold and vice versa. Thorough checking of this company shows that they are a waste disposal company, they are not plumbers so shouldn’t have contacted me about my plumbing job!

The job was never completed. I paid for the materials but Tom Edmonds never showed up on the arranged date and before that he could not complete the job because he was off sick with food poisoning.. I have chased several times but he is not replying. To this day, the job has not been completed and I haven't heard from him. I have raised this to Rated people and the Vetting & Quality team is currently looking into it.

Sebastien and his colleague came and definitely delivered! They cleared my garden from all the weed, overgrown grass and thornbushes so well I forgot how big my garden was. I could see how meticulous and careful they were with their work and also cleaned up after themselves before they left the premises. 5 stars all around!
