If I could give 10 stars I would! Cristian, Nico & team worked tirelessly over the period of New Year to rip out my old leaking shower room and refit. When I explained that I wanted to sell my flat during conversation, Cristian called in more help to get my flat decorated & ready for sale. The job was impeccable and on time, everything made and delivered as discussed. I was impressed with the professionalism, politeness and punctuality of these chaps. They worked full on and didn't stop until the job was done, and it was done to the highest standard. I couldn't have had a better outcome and it was worth every penny. Fair priced too!
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

I have money. I asked if you had a PayPal account so I could send you the deposit and you told me to “forget it” and to “find someone else”. You also gave me 1 week to get the work done before you left for 3-4 months. As I said, my feedback was accurate. You seemed nice and willing to help, but the minute I asked for a different more secure way to get you money you told me to forget it. PayPal is tracked, and secure.

I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.
