Water leak had caused a large section of the suspended kitchen floor to collapse. Brandon from Nexus was prepared to take on the job while others walked away. Not only did he do an excellent repair job but he managed the expectations of the tenants and liaised with the loss adjuster re. the successful insurance claim.

Darren recently helped fix a damp issue in our garden office, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.
