Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

We are investors from out of area and Matty has very helpfully been a keyholder and attended to rectify numerous issues on our property. Internal and external roof repairs, sofits, fascias and gutters replaced, repairs to uPVC windowsill and some internal joinery. All completed to a high standard. I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work.
