Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

I found Jason on rated people, he was always friendly, professional and punctual. He has completely refitted my bathroom to a fabulous standard, Jason is a perfectionist in every aspect of his work, and always leaves his work clean and tidy. We are investors from out of area and Matty has very helpfully been a keyholder and attended to rectify numerous issues on our property. Internal and external roof repairs, sofits, fascias and gutters replaced, repairs to uPVC windowsill and some internal joinery. All completed to a high standard. Matty provided regular updates and discussed our requirements, offering quality cost effective solutions. Regular communication and updates was really helpful and much appreciated. Always polite, fitted doors well in awkward doorways -very good carpentry skills. They also did another job for me by fixing a leaking chimney. Mr Lyon and Darryl worked well and fairly tidily. I would employ them again.

I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..
