Gerald installed a new felt flat roof for us on a Tenanted property in Nov 2020, with a 10 year guarantee. In early Feb 2021 we noticed serious water ingress through the roof, due to the felt being incorrectly laid and un-bonded. We've just had another roofer install an entirely new roof at considerable expense. Gerald has refused to address the issue or to honour his guarantee in anyway. We're currently pursuing him for a refund through the Small Claims Court. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES.

Andrew and his team did a complete gut out, redesign and extension to our house, the work was completed a year ago but I forgot to write a review. 3 new bathrooms, new plumbing, electric, everything. The work was completed to a very high standard and he said he guaranteed it, and in the last 9 months, any issue that has come up he has come over within days and repaired anything immediately. He turned up when he said he would, returned a couple of days later to complete it and did a really good job, thorough job of resurfacing our kitchen work top. Would certainly use him again
A.JOHNSON PROPERTY SERVICES - We originally complained of the sub standard work carried out by the above the job that wasnt done to our satisfaction and the fear factor was used on us to have furher work carried out. The leak that was supposed to be repaired was not repaired, consequently we have rain still pouring through our ceiling. He also said its a wonder that the chimney stack had NOT fallen in. The WHOLE of the job took 2.5 hours. Full report is available with pictures should anyone wish.
