Hi, I would just like to introduce our organisation PWR Property Services. We specialize in the plumbing, electrical and security sectors. Each of us has been specializing in our respected trades for a combined 15 years. Our ever-growing client list includes reputed organisations mainly in the City of Sunderland but we are looking to now expand across the whole of the North East. The services we provide vary in each different sector of the business. The plumbing services we provide can stem from general maintenance such changing a valve to fitting a new heating system, the same as the electrical side of things from changing a socket to a rewire or an EICR and the same goes for the security side of things, you may just want a camera upgrade or an entire security system installing, no job is too big or too small for our lads. Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

We had dan and his team remove and add to our extention on back of house. Adding bifold doors vaulted roof with velux windows new roof and all electrics , radiators and walls and ceiling were done for a excellent price and time scale it was done in was excellent . They did what was asked to the letter and came back and addressed the snags straight away excellent service.

Contacted me almost as soon as job posted and visited following day. Price pretty much as I had estimated it would cost. Lots of positive reviews so gave job on the spot. Work carried out following week. Lads who came did a great job , no messing about and were polite and courteous throughout. Good clean up by them at the end. Not enough space to write the full review I would like to give. Gary and Sheldon have transformed my outside space.They cleared an extremely overgrown back garden and landscaped with gravel and laid a new patio.The front garden and drive have been block paved,the garden slope reduced and a front door step made to make access easier as I have arthritis. Hard working,friendly and am thrilled with what has been done.A big thank you for a great job and would definitely recommend and use again.
