Ronnie put together a 4 drawer chest of drawers and I am very impressed with his knowledge of all things 'flat-packed' and even going so far as to explain what dowels and cams were, etc. I couldn't have asked for anyone more pleasant, friendly and professional. Broadoak did a celler convertion for us. They were highly competative with price and had a good scheduel of works set out before work started. Issues have occured with some stairs and it's proving difficult to get him back to fix his work. Normally I would be more patient but the defective stairs are hazardous.

He listened to me and what I wanted and what my restrictions were and that was important to me as many who have gone before haven't. The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.
