Neil was amazing with my total house rewire, this was my first time using Rated as I am a new homeowner. WHAT A FIND!. He took the time to discuss all my ideas and even suggested one which I haven't even thought of. Did the rewire in two days and had a plasterer on hand to make good after. (who was also excellent) Neil even came back to hook up my appliances as I couldn't fit them till the rewire was done. If I ever need electrical work I know who i'm calling. Can't recommend enough

I had a very high ceiling and stair well, in need of tidying up, hole filling and painting. Mark responded quickly, he viewed job, explained well, and came back to with a quote that same evening, price range that he had stated.with a start date.Mark and his team arrived punctually every morning and got straight to work. At the end of their day, they tidied up and explained next days plans. The end result is as he stated and I am very pleased. Will definitely contact him again when I need more decorating.

Steve and the guys were very professional. from the initial quotation nothing was left in doubt, Steve gave us confidence and after speaking to several companies, we felt they would be the most reliable. I was right, quality good, price also & the guarantee paperwork came through very quickly. The guys on site we great, especially, the brickie, plasterer, electrician and the general fitters, I would use them all again on future projects. Nigel provided an excellent service. From the initial visit to quote for the total refurbishment of our ensuite, through to completion, he kept us informed of the work being undertaken and we therefore felt involved in the process.
