Sarah works exceptionally hard though the same couldn’t be said for her apprentice. Left unsupervised, he was messy, but thankfully Sarah is a skilled cleaner. Would I choose them again - probably not. Sarah is spinning too many plates - little was achieved in the first 9 days, so her availability to start asap vapourised.
