Seem very professional with the work completed in a timely manner but radiators went back to faulty original state after 2 months. Professionalism is just a front. Should have at the very least 3 months guarantee. When asked why the radiators were faulty after 2 months via email, they advised they would call the following morning to discuss and didn't. Attempted contact through email several times and no response. Completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away.

We are a small family owned business specialising in the installation of wood-burning stoves and fireplaces; we now also have our own local showroom based in Nazeing, Essex where you can view our fully working stoves and fires on display. We are HETAS registered (5003) and fully insured; all of our stoves meet the new government Clean Burn 2022 regulations. The business is owned by Nick who retired after 31 years in the Fire Service; his role in the Fire Service was mainly as an operational officer in charge of fire engines and attending emergency 999 calls, but he also worked in the community fire safety department which included fire prevention. Nick studied to be a HETAS Engineer and has worked for several years as mobile wood-burning stove fitter, so in his professional life, Nick has seen both sides not only fitting stoves/fires into houses but also dealing with 999 calls relating to badly fitted stoves or fires. We are a local church in London providing food bank and coffee mornings twice a week for the homeless. We requested for a complete repair of Fibre-glass roof which had licks Eclipse Roofing took £4000.00 pound for a complete repair and gave us 20 year warranty. The roof still lick and we have water everywhere. Fibre Matt was not installed the old Fibre not removed.presently we have had to suspend the coffee mornings because of licks to roof. We have consulted our lawyers and Citizen advise bureau.

My trees are now nicely cut back and a good shape, so the job was good in that respect. However, my garden has been left in a terrible state - plants trampled, pots knocked over, a solar light & wooden trellis broken, bits of branch and log scattered around the garden, wood chips everywhere. Horrible. It took them SO long to do the job (7 hours) that it was getting dark when they left so I couldn't see the full impact. I will have to get a gardener to fix it. Beechwood's cheap quote was a bad false economy.
