Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Unlike a few other trades people I contacted for quotes who either did not respond or didnt keep the appointments we made. Joe and Andreas were able to do the work the very next day, their quote was a very reasonable price for the work and they were clean, tidy and very quick workers. Michael came to our house at 5.30pm to fit our under floor heating in 3 rooms at very short notice. He arrived promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. He refitted our insulation as it had been put down wrong by our builder with no problem at all. He stayed until the job was complete which was 1.30am! we was so grateful, Really nice guy, very clean.

He seemed genuinely concerned that it was safe. He returned and fixed the problem. I am very happy with his work and he was very polite and professional. The team of 4 worked at an exceptional pace to complete the work which all other quotes suggested 4 weeks in a record 2 weeks. The finish on their work is superb and Rick has an amazing can do attitude. They use very high quality materials and paints which is reflected in the finish.
