Alex quoted the job first and completed the job within a couple of days. He gave advice on the direction to take and completed the job even dying the colour of the cement to my ridge. Extremely tidy which is a bug bear with me and I would thoroughingly recommend him to anyone.

Came & gave quote, said could start Monday the following week, comes Monday messaged to say he can't start till Thursday, comes Thursday I messaged to ask if he's still OK to start, hear nothing from him till Friday when he messaged to apologise & could start next again week, very blaise when messaging saying its lucky I can just change when I can work & I'll get round to it like I'm not a paying customer hiring him to work when I require it, next again week comes around & I hear nothing again.

Finished off and fixed a patio where the original people had left the job unfinished, and added an additional section, that frankly looked way better than the existing work. Initially looked like a good job. Very pleasant and polite friendly team. Unfortunately the edging added to the roof came off in part. A swift return to repair but didn't last more than a day before it fell off again. After a week of calling, texting, voicemail and email, no response has been received to arrange a revisit to make the works right under the two year warranty provided.

Alfred offered a proper, written quote which was good value. He and his team did the work a few days later. They did an excellent job and cleaned up well afterwards, I was aware my ridge tiles and gable end needed attention and the quote for those were good value and the work was done at the same day. There was no pressure on me to have the work done. My house is nearly 50 years old and nothing has been done to the roof in all that time. I highly recommend Alfred and his team.
