Graham was professional from initial contact to completion. He, with his team of 2 more painters, were friendly and helpful at all times. They decorated the outside woodwork and part stone/cob walls sympathetically for the age of this old building. The contract was clear and adhered too. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
