Liam is brilliant, and I can’t fault his work. Liams quote for the damp proofing was very competitive, but his professionalism and approach to the problem won him the job. Since then we have used him for three other plastering jobs in the house and just booked him for a fourth. He has been so accommodating to our requests and has worked within our schedule even working over weekends and fitting us in where he could. Liam will be the first person I call with any other plastering jobs in the future.

Last year my company went limited I’ve done over 5 years in college and university I have my level 2 & 3 in carpentry and joinery (city and guilds) and I also have my degree in construction management (Bsc). I’m new to this platform but not new in the trade I have an eye for detail and no corners are cut I aim to do a job as though it was my own. We are a builders who carry out loft conversion and extensions along with all types of building work, we take no deposit, we send you to our last job we have completed, so you speak to customer. We are currently building a house from start to finish in Heysham which you can view, we have on board a part P electrical along with a gas safe heating engineer, we have a roofer who carry’s out all our roofing needs. All our lads are qualified and hold all certificates etc. We always send new customers to view our last jobs and lease with customer asking any questions regarding builds. Our insurance covers all aspects of all types of building works. We set out a payment plan, so payments are in stages, the last payment is when all work is completed and passed by building control.

Would like to leave this review just to say how overwhelmingly positive my experience I had dealing with the gents at refresh was. I have an autistic son that is very sensitive to loud noises and doesn’t take too well strangers at the house. I told the guys this and they were more than reassuring and completely accommodating to my situation. The job was done quietly, clean and to a professional standard. I would like add they hand sanded each door to keep noise to a minimum. 10/10

Tony contacted me quickly after I advertised the job . Came to my flat the following day and looked at what needed doing after previous decorators did a bad job so needed re doing . Quote from Tony was received via email later that afternoon which was very reasonable and we agreed a start date . On the morning of the start date Tom was prompt and well prepared and a really nice genuine guy . Total painting of my flat was competed in 2 days to high standard at a great price . Would recommend

Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Tom is a really friendly guy, kept showing me where he was up to in the job and was very tidy and did a great overall job at a good price. Wouldn't hesitate to use Tom again or recommend to friends and family.

Not tidy workers ,splashes of cement all over existing and new pavers which are difficult to remove . Untidy pointing and Pond leaked through when filled . Not good .
