We are a small but capable building company. The images attached to my profile shows our current project. 6 new homes in Dursley. These are 5x 3 story homes and 1x 2 story home. This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Three weeks later after more heavy rain and snow my roof is sound. Thank you! Highly commended.

Booked for a small job, needed a new hand rail fitted on stairs, replaced two colour end panels in the kitchen and had two wall cabinets fitted. Came out when said to quote and we booked for works to be completed . Pleased with work and would recommend booking.

I was very pleased with Dean's work. Dean is a very experienced decorator. Dean turn up on time every day. It was finished just in time for Christmas. There was no unexpected cost. Honest review. Fitting worktop - done to a good standard. Had to return the following day to install a shaker shelf as the oven needed to be raised. This was not put on straight so had to ask him to correct it (which he did no problem) the worktop needed the edging put on as he didn’t do it the day before.. asked a few times he said he would do it, started scratching away on the edges and has now chipped the corner of the front of the worktop and has still not done the edging. Sink leaking also.Won’t reply.
