James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. I took a couple of other quotes but none of those gave me the confidence that James had and despite the holiday period, we managed to agree some dates - then we changed them once James confirmed availability - and he and his team turned up and completed the work efficiently and very little fuss. Great tradesman, honest and reliable!

Having been badly let down by our previous builder we had a number of smallish jobs that needed finishing. Lukasz was an ideal choice given the breadth of services offered. He was prompt professional and polite. The quotes for the work were spot on and completed quickly and to a high standard. Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.

Octavian was a professional and a lovely person to work with from start to finish. He explained everything thoroughly when giving the quote and was very good estimating the material costs. He worked to time and communicated everything clearly. He always was available when I wanted to see progress. Octavian and his colleague Florián completed work everyday and left the place clean and tidy. The plastering job was completed to a high standard and I would highly recommend him.

We used D & V to replace our garden fence which was damaged in a storm. They came and quoted the job within a day and started the very next day. The job was completed in 2 days and the fence looks great and should last for years. We would recommend for any work of this type.
