Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.
George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Turned up on time though didn't keep to his time scale (aware that some problems can't be avoided). Disappointed with the quality of work carried out to my bay window. Couple of excuses. Little extras not carried out. Stated he would return to finish a few things but hasn't. Not one to complain too much just wouldn't hire again and wouldn't recommend.

Billie came and looked at the problems we were having with our chimney and gave some sound advice along with his quote to fix them. He came back when we agreed and did a really neat job and so far no more leaks around the chimney. Overall job well done.

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. Back after a long spell of recovery due to a broken shoulder and a bereavement in the family. We offer sanding and refinishing of solid wood kitchen and bar worktops, butchers blocks, solid wooden tables, solid wooden doors and windows and staircases and floors With over 16 years industry experience we carry out refurbishment and restoration to the highest of quality. Used to own timber treats floor restoration before a misdiagnosis made me sell.

It seems this also happened to another reviewer on Google too.” I received a further phone call from Darren, leaving me a voicemail complaining about the honest review using foul language. I suggest proceeding with caution.
Change in spec of my job which neither of us anticipated was dealt with without issue or complaint. Good guy and I would definitely use Wayne again. Recommended.

-10 Do not use a guy from Grimsby called Ryan. Felted small shed roof, very few roofing tacks used and was not sealed down. No removal of old felting only patched up. Blown off within TWO Weeks was a total Botched Up Job, quoted £500 then told needed another £200 after job done...Just taken advantage of an elderly man.
