We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

Mohammed who responded to my job, was polite and and keen to do my jobs. He was young and clearly very inexperienced as he was not prepared to return to look at two of the jobs that were not completed correctly, even though he offered a 6 months guarantee. I had to call in another tradesman to fix one of the jobs done by Mohammed and this was costly. Be aware of his inexperience in DIY jobs.

We actually supplied the 2 ladders required but the 2 chaps sorted out the problem on this visit. They also secured a couple of other tiles as well & left the area clean & tidy. I have more than 5 years' experience as a professional handyman, however, if you count all he jobs I've done around the house and for friends over the years, then this increases to 25 years plus of DIY experience . I qualified as a 17th edition domestic installer in August 2017. I will also do minor plumbing, carpentry, electrical and other odd jobs.
