I am a loss assessor, presently settling claims and then project managing the restoration works to properties affected by flood, storm, burst water pipe, malicious damage by tenants, impact or other damage to homes or commercial premises. Once I have assessed your claim, I will prepare a schedule of works and submit the details to your insurer to help ensure that you receive an efficient service whether the claim is related to your home or commercial premises. I can then project manage the restoration or repair works for you, no matter how big or small. There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray claims management service I offer, provided that I can appoint and project manage the contractors who carry out the repair works, as Aspray is paid by the insurance company for any repair or reinstatement works my contractors complete. It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. excellent! lovely chap who did more than i asked him too as he noticed other bits of the roof that needed repair. Id been quoted a price for a roof tile by other roofers and his quote for doing a lot more, wasnt much more than one tile replacement by others.

Bill was a great tradesman he plastered 2 full rooms and 3 ceiling for me, his work was of 5 star standard. We came back from our weeks holiday and all the work was finished and the house where he had work was spot less. I would highly recommend this plasterer and will definitely use again in the future. Stewart did a wonderful job with our bespoke lounge bookcases and built in cupboards. We had a few specific requirements (such as fitting a vinyl player on the space above the cupboard!) and he listened to what we wanted and built it. Stewart had lots of great ideas on how to maximise our space and we're really happy with the outcome. The units have made our lounge! I would highly recommend Stewart's work.
