We are really pleased with the prompt reply and action to the repointing job to our wall. The workman was polite, friendly and got on with the task straight away. The finished work was great and met our expectations. When he had finished, he left the area clean and tidy. We would definitely use this company again.

A very professional job. David was extremely helpful in suggesting a suitable replacement for our old en-suite shower. The finished product exceeded our expectations. William kept his word and arrived at my address as agreed. despite me not being at home he assessed the damage, called me and we agreed for the job to be carried out. He did not only put back in place the missing tile, but also repaired the roof edges where the cements were missing.

An absolute pleasure to have working for us. I don't feel the need to tell them what i need constantly, they help me with what would be the best solution and what could be done to make my home better. The work is of excellent quality and i have full trust and reliability in them. For the amount of work that was needed in my home the value and quality was amazing. Phil was brilliant, very reliable and did an excellent job, he even cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't tell he had been except for the great new door and window he had replaced for me. I will use again( soon!) I would highly recommend Kraftworks to anybody who needs a joiner.

I am very happy with the work James has recently completed for me which consisted of building a wall for my garage conversion. He takes a lot of pride in his work and was very professional. James was knowledgable, punctual and very tidy. I am very happy with the work James completed. I will be booking him for future works. Malc did really good job in my "new" old house. I was very impressed with his high quality work. Level of standard/knowledge/detail you get for the money is amazing, five star job in very affordable price. I had bad experience with some other tradesmans, and I wish that all tradesmans would be like Malc. Thanks to Malc my new kitchen looks perfect. I will definitely use him again.
