GW glass, I hired him ( on 5th Sept 24) to replace double glazed windows handles which were loose. He knew nothing about how to do the job. He has damaged the locking mechanism of the 3 windows by making more holes in the windows. They are completely damaged now and he doesn’t want to accept that it was his fault. Which will now cost me £2600 to replace them. Please be aware of him, no one should hire him as he has no knowledge installing or repairing double glazed windows or their handles.

Lewis and his team did a very good job with restoring bricks on my old Victorian house. Painted with all kind of paint by previous owner. Lewis knew exactly what is the best way to clean it off and the result exceeded my expectation. Very good re-pointing and prefect colour match of the mortar mixing 3 different types of sand I have never heard of. Also keeps you updated regarding progress and plan for the next day. Punctual and reliable. I am very happy with the result and will certainly use him again.

The proprietor, Dylan Elgood, was very knowledgeable, advised on the latest Fire Regulations for the first floor windows and was not phased by our old non-standard size Crittall windows. The price was fair and compared well against the larger companies. Dylan personally carried out, or supervised all the work, in both a cheerful and professional manner, to schedule, and with an excellent finish throughout. We highly recommend PVC Design Solutions Ltd and would definitely use them again ourselves.

I cannot rate Roy highly enough, he came and quoted on a Saturday for a start as we were under pressure to get the plastering portion of our project done. Having been let down by another company, he saved the day, not only was his price more competitive, he couldn’t do enough for us! He was able to slot his team in around us and our project. The windows company was very quick, the staff contacted me, came to look at it, and then took it to its office, they fixed it and came to install it, and was brilliant, took him 3hrs, compared to the company that kept me “dancing” for 3weeks…..
