Specialists in replacing roofs, slates or tiles. I source and supply all materials saving the customer time and hassle researching the materials. All of the materials I use are of the highest standard. I always supply samples of tiles or slates to ensure we get what suits best for your property and price range. I also do new build houses from wall plate to finish and fit fascia boards and soffits. Other jobs we regularly complete include full loft Conversions and replacement of old roof windows due to them becoming drafty or if they have been fitted for 25 years and over and need a upgrade. All of my jobs are completed to a high standard and come with a 10 year warranty.

David Stewart came the day I registered the work and did an excellent job replacing a slipped tile even though I wasn’t there (I am in hospital). He agreed to take payment when I could get it to him, which was a real help. I would certainly recommend him for other similar tasks.

GP flooring did an excellent job of a 1950's parquet floor. The job was very neat and tidily done and there was much less dust than I expected. Loose bits of flooring and damaged cork edging strips were all repaired. We are really pleased with the finished result, its absolutely transformed the floor.

Andrew and team were able to price a job for us immediately and were able to start soon after! We had garden drainage re done and slabs put down in certain areas, the team were able to accommodate us and even work away while we went on holiday! I’m delighted with the work David did for me. I knew from my first meeting with him that he was the one I wanted. He was polite, respectful & the only decorator who offered ideas and inspiration. His quote was very reasonable and even though I had to ask him to delay the work due to unforeseen circumstances he offered to honour the original quote. He was quiet, so clean & tidy and is the only tradesman I’ve felt comfortable leaving alone in my home. He’ll always be my 1st choice now. A true professional.
