insisted on sealing around conservatory roof with silcone sealant instead of fitting flashing even after repeatedly asking for flashing to be fitted, when roof inevitably leaked would not return to rectify and not returning phone calls/texts

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

The lads came at short notice. Which i do appreciate as my job had a strict timeline and they were able to match it. They were punctual and professional. As plasterers tend to be be ...messy. Overall they did a good job. I was working so my ex wife checked the work.???? but now plug sockets and filling. Paint has gone on . The room in the daylight looks great . Thankyou

He came across very professional , gave a good quote and was able to fit me in a few days later. He then turned up before 7am on the day he was due to start with another lad. Howard came promptly and gave a quote for later the same week. He got the paint for me - a matt emulsion for walls and ceiling. Overall the finished job was good although he had to return to redo a wall. Which he did without any fuss. Howard was very pleasant and got on with the painting efficiently. My reason for 4 stars is that Howard is a bit messy with preparation and finish.
