Absolutely horrific experience. No quote was formally given beforehand. Ali refused to give a price/estimate for the works, he just said he would fix the leak at a “reasonable” price then the bill came to £600. My newly fitted bath panel got damaged during the repair works. Then after a few weeks a leak was spotted again in the same area which resulted in water damage to the newly renovated ceiling. Thousands of pounds went down the drain. Highly unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend them.

Frankie has done an excellent job repairing my roof and some pointing above 2 windows. He also pointed out a couple of other small repairs that were needed, sent pictures and advice. The price quoted was fair and he did the work very quickly and efficiently. An excellent service and I would strongly recommend him.
