He replied to messages quickly, turned up when he said he would, and was correct that our tree had in fact died. They did an excellent job on a very long and high hedge. Stayed until the job was completed and cleared up well. Cut the hedge better than asked and their price was within the range of other quotes. Need to make sure you are clear what is happening to the cuttings/waste. Would not hesitate to hire them again when the hedge has grown back.

The works I undertake include: grass cutting, hedge pruning, tree works, garden clearance, shrub maintenance, laying new lawns and landscape planting.

John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,
