The work done was not the result I was expecting. I asked Jerry to come back as I wasn't satisfied . He did come back once but has not replied to me since. I was promised that I would have a beautiful flat lawn. I ended up £900 later with an area almost as bad as when he started. Jerry is a lovely man but his work was not as advertised.

Admin terrible, missed first appointment. Made excuses and eventually arrived about 3 weeks late. Covid-19 was the excuse offered for missing second appointment. I had to give source for concrete posts. They worked hard, but the standard of their work is not great when it comes to cutting panels to fit non standard gaps. They are very pleasant on site, but once I paid them in full, bad mistake, they have not replied to my email requesting that they correct problems. It will be simpler to do it myself.

The alternative is complete tree removal, all options can be discussed so that we can come up with the best option to suit you and your garden. TREE DISMANTLING Tree removal or tree dismantling is where we tackle the tree gradually by removing limbs and branches from for the bottom up, before taking out the stump. When there isn't the space for a clear tree extraction, we will dismantle the tree. This allows very tight control of where individual limbs are placed on the ground, minimising the risk of damage to the public and any surrounding buildings. Dismantling is a great option for trees which have been planted very close to your property.
